Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Glow Your Looks, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a cancellation and refund policy in place to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. A cancellation fee of 5% will be charged for all cancelled orders to cover our processing costs.

Refund Policy:

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty product. We will review your claim and strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or exchange. Please note that refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of confirmation of the refund request.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply do not like the product. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit for these situations. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Print on Demand and Dropshipping:

Please note that some of our products, such as those involving print on demand or dropshipping, may have different cancellation and refund policies. These policies will be clearly outlined on the product page and in the confirmation email you receive after making the purchase.

International Orders:

For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, and duties imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.
